Ingredients:
- Onion- 1 small
- Potato- 1 small
- Besan 200 gm
- Salt up to taste
- Red chili powder half teaspoon
- Jeera powder half teaspoon
- Black pepper half teaspoon
- Pinch of hing
- Water as required
How to make:
- First Chop half a bowl of onion and half a bowl of potato.
- Combine 200 grams of besan (chickpea flour)
- Add salt to taste
- Half a teaspoon each of red chili powder, cumin powder, and black pepper
- along with a pinch of hing (asafoetida).
- Adjust the consistency with water as needed.
