Crunchy Comfort: Delicious pakora recipe by Shreya Kumari

Ingredients:

  • Onion- 1 small
  • Potato- 1 small
  • Besan 200 gm
  • Salt up to taste
  • Red chili powder half teaspoon
  • Jeera powder half teaspoon
  • Black pepper half teaspoon
  • Pinch of hing
  • Water as required

How to make:

  • First Chop half a bowl of onion and half a bowl of potato.
  • Combine 200 grams of besan (chickpea flour)
  • Add salt to taste
  • Half a teaspoon each of red chili powder, cumin powder, and black pepper
  • along with a pinch of hing (asafoetida).
  • Adjust the consistency with water as needed.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add this pakora batter as required.
  • let it be golden Brown after then put it on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
