Ingredients:
- 1 cup Archita Shudhi Gulab Jamun Mix
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (almonds, pistachios)
For Sugar Syrup (Optional but Delicious):
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- A few strands of saffron (optional)
- Rose water (a few drops)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake tin and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk curd and sugar until smooth. Add oil and milk, mix well.
- Sift in Archita Shudhi Gulab Jamun Mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cardamom powder.
- Gently fold to make a smooth batter. Do not overmix.
- Pour into the cake tin and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the sugar syrup: boil all syrup ingredients together for 5–6 minutes until slightly thick.
- Once the cake is baked and slightly cooled, poke holes on top and drizzle warm syrup over it to soak in the flavors.
- Garnish with chopped nuts.

Serve warm or chilled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with condensed milk for an extra indulgence!
