Winter special Vegetable Litti

Ingredients
For Dough:
Wheat Flour – 2cup
All purpose flour – 2cup
Ghee/Oil – more than 1/4 cup
Carom seeds- 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 and 1/2 tsp
Salt
Baking powder – 1tsp
Water and milk mixture – knead the dough
For Stuffing:
Chopped Potatoes- 1/2 cup
Cauliflower – 1-1/2 cup
Carrot – 1/2 cup
Beans – 1/2 cup
Salt
Black paper – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Garam Masala – 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – handful
Grated ginger and Chilli – 1tsp

Method:
1. Take wheat,and all purpose flour add ghee,salt carom seeds,ajwain, baking powder and knead the dough with mil and water.
2. Dough should be smooth and and hard ,rest it for 15 min
3. Take a pan with oil ,add ,cumin , mustered , funnel seeds
4. Add all veggies one by one and Cook covered.
5. Add salt , turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam Masala ,black paper,grated ginger and Chilli
6. Cook for few mins untill soft
7. Add chopped coriander leaves,let it cool down before stuffing
8. Take small dough ,stuff veggies by pressing and make small dough
9. Preheat the gas oven /tandoor ,put the balls and let it bake in high flame ,untill golden in colour
10. Keep turning in a regular interval.
11. Serve with green chutney and sauce.
