How to make gulab jamun

1. Mix 100 g of Archita Shudhi Gulab Jamun Mix with about 40 ml water and knead gently into a smooth dough. Rest 5–10 minutes under a damp cloth.
2. Grease your palms and shape small, crack-free balls.
3. Fry in ghee or oil on low-medium flame until golden brown.
4. Soak in warm sugar syrup (200–300 g sugar in 180–200 ml water, boiled till slightly thick) for at least 40 minutes.
5. Serve warm or chilled, plain or with ice cream.
