Oats Chilla with veggies

1 cup Oats
1 tsp oil/ghee
Pinch of heeng
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum (any color)
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp finely chopped spinach
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp grated orange carrot
1 tsp finely chopped cabbage
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp lemon juice

Method

1. Dry roast Oats till little brown in color (good aroma starts coming) on slow flame for just few minutes.

2. Cool it completely and grind it to a fine powder. You can roast and make powder in bulk also , and can store it in fridge.
So that you can use it as and when required.

3. In a big mixing bowl, add all the veggies and spices. Mix it well. Add little water at a time as vegetables also looses its water. Make a smooth, but thick batter.

4. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Heat tawa, grease it with ghee and pour 1 ladelful of Oats batter. Spread it evenly. Make little thick chilla so that it can flip easily.

5. Apply some ghee on sides. Flip it and roast from both the sides.

6. Serve it hot with chutney of your choice.
