Jalebi Sandwich
Ingredients
for Cheesy Chili Sauce
2 to 3 green chillies
1/2 tsp oil 1 carrot
1 tsp butter
1 tsp maida
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp cheese
1 tbsp cheese spread
for pink sauce
1 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin
2 to 3 boiled potatoes
for tiki
1 carrot mashed
1 beet mashed
1 teaspoon red cashmere chilli
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
cumin powder
1)8 tsb hing
1 teaspoon ginger chilli paste
2 teaspoons coriander finely chopped
salt to taste
1 teaspoon mint powder
1 teaspoon chaat masalo

to make jalebi
1 / 4tbsp rice flour
1 cup chickpea flour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp water
3 tsp corn flour

Method
First of all, wash and dry the chillies, then apply oil on them, put a jar on the gas and bake. On the other hand, wash the carrots, cut a long strip and put them in cold water. Once the chillies are cooked, turn off the gas, put them in cold water and peel them off. Then take it in a mixer jar and crush it. Then heat the butter in a pan. Then melt the butter, add the almonds and bake it. Once the almonds are cooked, add salt. Then add pepper powder and mix. Once everything is well mixed, add milk slowly. After mixing everything, add 1 teaspoon of cheese stew and mix everything. Once it has a creamy texture, add the chilli paste in it. Mix it and cook for 5 to 6 minutes and then turn off the gas. So ready. Cheesy Chili Sauce In a mixer jar for pink sauce, take the beet and then add yoghurt. Then add salt and cumin to taste. Crush everything. Then the pink sauce is ready. Mix all the ingredients for the tiki and prepare the mixture and then take small tiki from it. Then put oil in an iron and fry it. Once both sides are cooked, take them in a plate and immediately smear the chaat masala on both sides. Keep it on the side.
To make jalebi, take rice flour and chickpea flour in a bowl, add salt and turmeric and mix everything. Then add a little water and mix well. Then put the mixture on the gas and keep stirring. When the mixture melts and leaves the pot, turn off the gas, cover for 5 minutes, then take it in a plate, then add corn flour, chaat masala, mix everything and then add 1 teaspoon of oil. Take a handful of mash and prepare a flour. Then take a little mixture from it and make a long strip out of it and then give jalebi no she e2 from it. Then heat the oil on the other side and fry the jalebi in it till the oil heats up. Don’t fry too much and don’t even change the color of the jalebi. Then take it out on the kitchen toe well and sprinkle side chaat masala powder. Now take a plate, make a long strip of carrot in it, prepare a mat and arrange it in the plate. Then add the chi zee chili sauce made on one side and put a jalebi on it and put tiki on it then put jalebi on it again and put pink sauce on top and also put pink sauce on the side and serve garnished.
