Archita Shudhi Soya Chura Recipe

Soya chura, also known as soy granules, is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes. Here’s a simple recipe for making Archita Shudhi Soya Chura

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Archita Shudhi soya chura (soy granules)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add Archita Shudhi soya chura and pour boiling water over it. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
  2. After 20 minutes, drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chura.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
  4. Add chopped onions and green chili. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
  7. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  8. Add soaked soya chura and mix well.
  9. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
