Ingredients:
- 1 cup Archita Shudhi soya chura (soy granules)
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add Archita Shudhi soya chura and pour boiling water over it. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chura.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
- Add chopped onions and green chili. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add soaked soya chura and mix well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
