Recipe

1. Take 3 glasses of water in a pan. Once the water comes to a boil, put Archita Shudhi Noodles in it along with a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt
2. After a few minutes, when the noodles become soft, drain out all the water and use a few drops of oil to separate the noodles so that they don’t stick.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion. Once they turn light pink, add all the vegetables of your choice.
4. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes on a low medium flame
5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and your delicious noodles are ready to be served.
